Prices are displayed clearly at the time of ordering and may be subject to change due to market fluctuations or promotions.

The price charged will be the price at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed online via our website.

Payments are accepted via debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders with failed payments will not be processed.

5. Delivery

Customers can select their preferred delivery time slot.

We aim for on-time delivery, but unforeseen delays may occur due to logistics or external factors.

Delivery is available only within specified serviceable areas.

Your order will be deliverd within 7 to 10 days .

Electronics and accessories are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Refunds for online payments will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns or replacements are available for damaged, defective, or wrong products reported within 7 days of delivery.

7. Replacement Policy

If a replacement product is available, it will be delivered at no extra cost.

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

Repeated or unjustified return requests may result in service suspension.
